Overview

Prati (“we”, “us”) operates prati.app. This policy describes how we handle information when you visit the site, join a waitlist, or contact us — including email sent through Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Information we collect

• Contact and waitlist: Information you submit via our contact form (for example name, company, email, phone) and any message content.
• Technical data: Standard server or analytics data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, as processed by our hosting provider (e.g. Cloudflare).

Email (Amazon SES)

We may send transactional or service-related email (for example waitlist confirmations or replies) using Amazon Simple Email Service (SES). AWS processes messages as a subprocessor under their terms and privacy notice. We configure SES with industry-standard authentication (DKIM, SPF, DMARC as applicable) at the DNS level for the prati.app domain.

Marketing email, if any, will include a clear way to opt out, in line with applicable law (including CAN-SPAM where it applies).

Third-party services

Our contact form may be provided by a third party (for example Tally). Their handling of your submission is governed by their policies. We encourage you to review those before submitting sensitive data.

Retention

We retain contact and waitlist information only as long as needed to respond to you, operate the service, or meet legal obligations — then we delete or anonymize it where reasonable.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information where applicable law provides those rights. Contact us through the form on the homepage or at the email address we publish for support.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
